· Monitor the quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.

· To implement control measures on material / plant & equipment / utilities usage.

· Supervise daily site activities.

Job Requirements

· Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering

· Completed 2 Projects as Project Manager in Residential Condo, Residential Development

· Min 3-5 years relevant experience.

· Computer skill- Using Microsoft Project, Excel, Word & Power Point etc.

· Certificate of Project Manager

• Front of house operations: Greeting and serving guests, menu recommendation and order processing; as well as POS and payments handling: Accurate processing of payment transactions and balancing the cash register at the end of the shift.
• Back of house operations: Food and beverage preparation according to the SOP provided, with health and safety guidelines followed: Food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure that food is prepared and served safely.
• Leading a small team of Service Crew and maintaining a clean and organized working environment; as well as ensuring the required stock supplies and equipment in good working condition.
• Providing exceptional customer service: Friendly, attentive, and responsive to customer needs and concerns.
• Assist the Outlet Manager /Assistant Outlet Manager to prepare day-end and other relative reports for the management, as well as staff management including but not limited to manpower allocations and arrangement.
• Performing other duties as assigned: Helping to set up or break down events, or performing other tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the establishment.

• Supervise and evaluate staff, complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance, discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.
• Set project goals and oversee projects to completion, schedule and track assignments.
• Communicate with customers regarding products and services.
• Liase and work closely with contractor.
• Proactive, good team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
