• Prepare and Submit Monthly Progress/Variation Order Claim to Client
• Assist Project Manager to oversight site works including safety, quality and other compliance matters
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned

Requirement

· Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying Course

· Minimum 2 years of experiences in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering in Construction sector

· Experiences in Solar Engineer and Fire Protection Systems will be an added advantage

· Conversant in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power-Point, AutoCAD at a minimum

· Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight schedules

· Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and sales skills

Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
