Responsibilities:
· Proven experience as Supervisor or similar role
· Organizational and leadership abilities
· Communication and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
· Problem-solving skills
· Deliver exceptional customer service and motivate the staff the do the same.· Organize and supervise shifts, train new staff
Requirements
· Minimum of 5 years experience
· Good team player with good communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Capable to work under pressure
· Overnight shifts are required on a rotational basis
