• Maintain and update recruitment records, including interview outcomes and new joiner documentation.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new joiners, including briefing them on administrative details and benefits.
• Organizing recruitment campaigns, job fairs and other events to attract candidates.
• Handle processes related to work pass applications and statutory requirements for housing, medical etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes for both construction staff and workers.
• Knowledge of local employment laws, work permits, and foreign worker regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Description:

• Managing the design and coordination of a team of M&E coordinators, Engineers, and BIM modellers.
• Liase with consultants on matters relating to all M&E works.
• Participate in technical meetings and site meetings.
• To assess and resolve any technical or site issues related to M&E drawings and M&E work with consultants and subcontractors
• On-site supervision of work progress
• Maintaining schedules and coordinating the work of subcontractors.
• Assist in finalising accounts of MYE Sub-contractors.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction related degree
• At least eight (8) years of relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects is an advantage
• Highly motivated, independent, initiative and responsible.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.

• To develop and submit a Project Interface Plan (PIP) which manages the interface management process throughout the project life cycle.
• To be responsible for the project wide internal and external interface management activities.
• To conduct weekly interface meeting with all stakeholders and interface manager of all contractors (including SC, direct contractors / specialists to be appointed)
• To manage and coordinate with interface manager of all systems to incorporate the finalised interface details into the overall combined services plans /BIM
• To work with BIM coordinator and be responsible for the BIM coordination for development of BIM Model.

Job Requirement

Shall possess an Engineering Degree with at least 10 years of relevant working experience in M&E services coordination OR

A diploma with at least 20 years of relevant working experience in M&E services coordination.
