General Job Description:

7) Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the Electrical Workspace and E-house, as well as the control and inspection of tools, in order to ensure their availability, their correct use and conservation.

8) Must have availability to go to Singapore to visit the shipyard;

9) Experience with Offshore is preferred;

10) Experience with FPSO is preferred;

11) Required availability to move to Brazil and work offshore for the FPSO operation;

12) Fluent English and Brazilian Portuguese speakers are mandatory.

• Closely monitor outstanding debtors’ account via regular phone calls, frequent communications with Operation team to cover long overdue debts.
• Assist in preparing reminder letters and other legal proceedings for debt recovery
• Ensure all receipt and transaction entry accurately recorded into company accounting system.
• Assist in month-end closing.

Accounts Payable

• Handle basic accounting duties
• Data entry and filing of documents.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ working experience in related field (Preferably Construction Industry)
• Minimum Qualification of Diploma in Accounting
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Autocount accounting software
• Bilingual with good communication skills
• Good interpersonal and team work skills
• Able to work independently
• Good time management and able to work in a fast pace environment to meet deadline

Job Description

• Plan, propose, coordinate and execute services diversion routing plan on road
• Liaise with clients, consultants and sub-contractors on project coordination
• Liaise with utility agencies e.g. SPPG, telco & etc
• Supervising and managing the site construction activities carried out by subcontractors
• Prepare documentation (method statements, risk assessments, safe work procedures) for timely submission and review

Requirements

• Equip with knowledge of NCE application
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in relevant field and at least 2 years’ relevant experiences in the coordination with utility agencies for utility diversion works
• Candidate with Register Earthwork Supervisor Certificate is preferred

• Responsible for taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission.
• Carry out site measurement and evaluate price comparison and costing summary.
• Project administration and documentation including preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 2 years working as a Quantity Surveyor in building construction industry.
