Job responsibilities

• Report to General Manager of Engineering, you will formulate and implement business plans and promotions with customers to maximize profitability.
• Source for new business leads
• Lead negotiations with trade partners, build and maintain contact with key personnel to encourage continued business development.
• Prepare and develop monthly department meeting, quarterly reviews, annual plans, long term plans, and ongoing customer profitability.
• Build and maintain strong collaborative key customer relationships.
• Deliver monthly and annual Sales goals.
• Promote company’s new and existing products and its brands into appointed market and increase market awareness and share.
• Be the master of your own schedule, prioritizing time spent visiting accounts in order to meet and exceed monthly sales goal.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Business Admin / Marketing / Marketing communication
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant sales experience in Construction or Machinery industry
• Excellent understanding of the full sales & marketing mix.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up to date with latest trends and sales & marketing best practices.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player and capable of putting a positive spin on the brand.

This role is one of very few positions that are primed to directly influence the guest experience. You will directly be able to ensure that our guests leave happy and satisfied with the service and experience at our restaurants—especially being able to identify unique opportunities to delight in the day-to-day service.

You’ll be in-charge of:

• Leading service operations
• Building and maintaining relationships with guests
• Order taking and menu description
• Up-selling products based on your extensive product knowledge
• Assuring outlet setup is complete and walkthrough is done before shift
• Maintaining guest satisfaction levels by being proactive in service/bar operations
• Improving procedures and systems
• Conducting basic training and ensure SOPs are adhered to

• Assist in preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions
• Support sales and accounting departments to ensure successful sales and financing transactions
• Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
• Answering calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls
• Sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail
• Arrange maintenance of office equipment like facsimile machines, printers, photocopiers, and computers
• Maintaining and updating files and records
• Handling basic bookkeeping tasks like invoicing and issuing checks, including scanning of invoices and other documents
• Manage bank book through recording financial inflows and outflows for bank reconciliation and daily reporting and forecasting for payments and deductions
• Good Knowledge of bookkeeping

Good Computer Knowledge

Diploma in Accounting or Equivalent

2 to 3 years experiences in similar position

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily work and maintenance schedules, ensuring efficient manpower deployment
• Manage duty rosters, monitor staff leave, and handle overtime based on operational needs
• Supervise and inspect cleaned areas to maintain quality standards
• Review outsourced contractors’ work for compliance with agreed scopes and standards
• Conduct briefings in the absence of the Assistant ManagerConduct training sessions for housekeeping staff to enhance skills and ensure compliance
• Issue supplies, cleaning tools, and equipment to staff
• Execute and monitor projects assigned by superiors, including inventory management
• Address tenant inquiries, feedback, or requests and coordinate pre and post-cleaning activities
• Adhere to Safe Work Procedures, Security, Fire, and Emergency Protocols
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms
• Collaborate with procurement to source cost-effective and quality cleaning supplies
• Ensure proper waste disposal and support recycling initiatives
• Implement sustainability practices, including eco-friendly products and energy-efficient equipment
• Maintain records of cleaning activities, inspections, and staff performance
• Foster a positive work environment, address staff concerns, and encourage teamwork
• Stay updated on industry trends, new cleaning technologies, and best practices
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures and guidelines
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for housekeeping staff, providing constructive feedback
• Collaborate with Human Resources on recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Undertake any other assigned services and duties deemed necessary for task completion in a professional manner

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Housekeeping
• Physical strength and fitness required for manual work
• A team player and takes initiative to assist other team members when required.
• Strong in planning and supervisory skills
• Able to perform rotating shifts
