Overall responsible for supervising pantry staff and in charge of pantry station, which consists of preparing and replenishing stocks for condiments, ingredients for drinks, packing for takeaways and miscellaneous. He/She will be responsible for assigning work for pantry part-timers, and oversee the receiving and counting of daily washed laundry items in the restaurant. During festive periods, assist in the stock taking of packaging in the warehouse.
