SUMMARY:

Responsible for ensuring a safe, punctual, reliable and cost effective delivery of services by:

• Managing the allocations of duty cards and information to Drivers to ensure they leave the interchange on time to commence in service;

• Responsible for ensuring that drivers absences are accurately recorded and notify the Staff Managers of any staff who have not reported absent and have failed to report for duty.

Job Description :

-Able to plan , manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from incption to complete on time and of desired quanlity

-Supervise all construction workers

-Ensure the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures

-Reports to project team on work progress at construction sites

-Valid class 3 driving Licence

- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice

Working hours/days: 44 hours/week, 5 days

1. Safety Oversight:Conduct regular assessments to guarantee compliance with food safety protocols.
   Enforce safety procedures for the well-being of both staff and guests.
   Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of facilities and equipment to meet safety standards.
   
2. Cleanliness Standards:Uphold a pristine environment within the restaurant, adhering to cleanliness standards before, during, and after operational hours.
   
3. Quality Assurance:Sustain brand standards for all prepared items and cooking procedures to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products.
   
4. Efficiency and Speed:Provide effective leadership to the team, adapting promptly to optimize customer service efficiency.
   
5. Hospitality and Customer Interaction:Cultivate a culture of gracious customer interaction among staff, offering empathetic support to the team.
   
6. Management of Support Functions:Oversee key support functions, including Marketing, Purchasing, Inventory, HR, Payroll, and P&L, to facilitate smooth operations and maintain financial health.
   
7. Inventory and Employee Scheduling:Conduct regular stock counts and initiate vendor orders as required.
   Develop employee schedules based on business needs, ensuring optimal coverage.
