Job Description

• Organize and lead a team of warehouse assistant to ensure warehouse and office maintenance jobs are complied with safety regulations and SOP.
• Oversee facilities of the building.
• Implement work plan, risk assessment and safe work place procedures.
• Co-ordinate and monitor appropriate workplace safety measurements.
• Conduct regular warehouse inspections & audit in the area of safety and pest control and to take appropriate corrective action.
• Advise on work plan, Risk Assessment, Safe work procedure, hygiene standards, etc to ensure compliance of operation with Workplace Safety & Health Environment.
• Maintain mandatory records and other documentations.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is carried according to plan.
• Arranging contractors for maintenance & repairing works.
• Record temperature and humidity records.
• Pest Management.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.
• At least 1 Year(s) of HSE related field required for this position.
• Candidates MUST possess WSG Biz Safe Level 2 or equivalent certifications.
• Working location: Tuas (**Transportation Provided to and fro at Tuas West Road MRT station**)

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for daily shop operations

· Assist in daily manpower planning

· Coach new and existing staff on the Company’s guidelines

· Attend to customer’s queries and requests

· Maintain healthy level of stock inventory in the shop

· Ensure in-store display is carried out according to VM guidelines

· Manage store KPIs

Requirements:

· Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec or its equivalent

· At least 2 years of experience in Retail environment

· Customer service oriented and good communication skills

· Good people management skills

· Willing to work shift, on weekends and public holidays

· Preferably able to start work with short notice

-To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work.

-To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.

-To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.

-Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.

-Overseeing the work of other construction workers, ensuring that tasks are performed efficiently and according to safety regulations and quality standards.

-Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

-To assist in preparing the construction site, including clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and ensuring a safe working environment.

- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and suggesting solutions to enhance efficiency and quality

- Keeping track of daily progress and reporting to project managers on completed tasks and any potential issues.

Job Description

• Create and update BIM models based on Contract drawings and latest information provided
• Coordinate with BIM coordinator of other disciplines
• Monitor and ensuring that BIM Models to be clear of clashes
• Responsible for maintaining and updating of BIM model until as-built

Requirements

• BCA Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling or Higher Nitec in Architecture/M&E/Structure Technology
• Proficient in Revit, Auto Cad & MS Office
• Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
