Roles & Responsibilities

• Planning and sequencing daily works are in accordance to the master construction schedules
• Responsible for all on-site matters
• To co-ordinate and supervise site workers, monitoring project progress and schedule
• Ensure compliance with the prevailing legislative Work Safety rules and/or measures
• Assisting in the handing over of completed works and rectification of any defects
• To prepare daily work reports
• Take measurement on site
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirement

• Possess Building Construction Safety Supervisors Certificate
• Minimum 5 years of site experience
• Able to supervise a team of workers

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for site supervision and coordination work
• Assist Project Manager / Site Engineer in the daily execution of work
• To perform job estimations, drawings, site surveys and etc
• Monitor, control and coordinate site work with the operations team as well as sub-contractors
• Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project quality, safety plan, contract requirements, including drawings and specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• To update daily work done for all jobs
• Delegate the works and control the projects within the budget and schedule
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS)
• 10years of relevant working experience in Construction
• High integrity with good analytical and problem solving skills
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills / team player
• Able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the job

• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
• Obtain permit and licenses from appropriate authorities.
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
• Acquire equipment and materials and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
• Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
• Materials quantity take off, Drafting works if necessary.
• In-Depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.

• Able to work on rotating shift, including public holidays & weekends.

• Resolving customer issues

Requirements
