HR & Admin Executive (Marine Construction / Sage Payroll System / Up to $4000)

• Singapore Based (Changi Navel, Project Office nearby Lavender MRT)
• Project contract based (estimated 27 months until project completion)
• 5.5 Days work per week (8am to 5pm // 8am to 12pm)
• Salary: $3500 and above (depends on experience)
• Minimum diploma/degree in HR or Business Administration + At least 4 years of related HR & Admin
• Knowledge of Sage Payroll System is a plus.

Job scope

• Perform general administrative duties such as bank-in cheques, filing, controlling and maintaining of documents, mailing of documents
• Perform IR21, IR8A for workers
• Monitor and follow up on staffs’ probation, confirmation, appraisal or promotion
• Office admin support and general administration such as air ticket purchase, accommodation and transportation arrangement
• Performance Appraisal and implement company handbook
• Organize company events/team bonding activities
• Handle Petty cash claims
• Administration and execution of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Performance Review, Training & Development, Employee Relations and Orientation Program.
• Renew company licenses
• Application/Renewal of Permit and Passes for workers and office staff.
• Handle Payroll & Leave Application Matters (Calculating attendance/timecard of workers and key in system)
• Prepare warning letters for workers/office staffs etc.
• Other Ad-Hoc Duties.

QAQC Manager (Marine Construction / Up to $7000)

• Salary: $5000 and above (based on experience)
• Min. Degree in Civil and/or Construction Engineering + At least 5 year(s) of working experience
• Experience with managing field engineering, inspection, and NDE related to all QA/QC functions. + Able to read structural drawings well
• Experience in project planning, execution (construction realities), management, and communication with all engineering groups.

Job scope

• Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements.
• Advancing quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
• Managing the development and implementation of the QMS for planning, fabrication, inspection, documentation, and operations activities including: Planning duties within the QA/QC staff and related work schedules;
  Establishing service standards for end users (i.e., internal department or external customer);
  Identifying and developing QA/QC personnel certification requirements and continuing education/training needs;
• Providing leadership, mentorship, and direction of all QA/QC personnel.
• Taking full responsibility for hold-point releases once all QMS functions have been completed and the equipment is ready to go into the next work stage.
• Developing and implementing risk-based inspection (RBI) activities and processes, using API 580 and other similar programs to develop internal standard practices.
• Managing plant integrity through a failure analysis reporting system and following up on recommendations.
• Oversee supervision of all visual inspections and NDE, including 3rd party subcontractors.
• Managing inspection, NDE, and testing plans for new construction, repair work, and alterations.
• Identify and develop solutions to correct inspection function deficiencies.
• Manage construction processes, plant equipment, inspection and NDE personnel certification and QMS internal audits.
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
