Job Descriptions:

• Assist the Planning Manager during project execution
• Assist Planning manager in gathering information and data entry
• To check and verify subcontractors programme, project deliverables, site progress with project baseline.
• Preparation of progress reports for submission to client
• Gather site construction / installation progress information and prepare progress monitoring documents.
• Liaising with construction / Installation teams to develop weekly working programme.
• Any other assigned ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction Industry
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge in Project Management software Primavera is at an advantage.
• Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work in Tuas and commit overtime as and when required

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for site supervision and coordination work
• Assist Project Manager / Site Engineer in the daily execution of work
• To perform job estimations, drawings, site surveys, etc
• Monitor, control, and coordinate site work with the operations team as well as sub-contractors
• Ensure that the works are carried out following the project quality, safety plan, and contract requirements, including drawings and specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• To update daily work done for all jobs
• Delegate the works and control the projects within the budget and schedule
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years and above of relevant working experience in Main Construction
• High integrity with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills/team player
• Able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the job
• Preffered to have Driving licence
• 6 days work week due to construction site requirement

• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solid understanding of financial management

Job Description

• Attend tender interviews

• Provide support activities in procurement, attend

site meetings, monitoring deliveries and keeping

track of the entire project timeline

• Undertake cost analysis for project work

• Assist in establishing a client's requirements and

undertake feasibility studies

• Perform risk, value management and cost control

• Prepare and analyse costing for tenders

• Prepare tender and contract documents, including

bills of quantities with the client

• Provide advice on contractual claims

• Responsible for taking off measurement and

monthly progress claim.

• Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress

reports

• Value completed work and arranged payments

• Maintain awareness of the different contracts in

current use

• Ensure the construction project is completed within

its projected budget.

Job Requirement

• Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying

• Required language(s): English

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the

related field is required for this position especially

Landscape/ Construction Industries.

• Required Skill(s): quantity surveyor, project

management, site coordination, progress claims,

project costing, contracts

• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quantity

Surveying or equivalent.

• Knowledge of contract administration & tender

procedures is an advantage

• Relevant experience in Landscape/ Constructions

industry preferred

Working Time:

• 5.5 Working days per week

• 9am – 6pm

• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and work closely with other operations staff to meet the project schedule

• Read detailed schematics for cabinets and executed assembly accurately.
• Helped with delivering and manually installing cabinets.
• Installed cabinets in residential homes.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry
• Possess a certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS)
• Supervisory experience in foundation & structural works on site
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude
