Able to plan and arrange the job schedule for the suboordinate to execute. Equip with very good knowledge in all the operation and safety aspect of the job in the company. Able to send reports to Manager of various department.

· Must work on weekends/PH.

Responsibilities

· Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

· Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

· Oversee and coach employees

· Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

· Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

• Ensure standards for food quality and preparation
• Co-ordinate with logistics department for timely collection and delivery schedules
• Prepare daily delivery list for frozen meats and others
• Manage all frozen meat delivery and assit to production and others
• Able to Multi-tasks and work under pressure
• Able to handle heavy stuffs like 20 - 30 kg
• Able to work long hours and weekend
