   Maintain and update time attendance and leave records for employees.
   Submit reports related to absenteeism, leave requests, and other HR metrics.
   Handle administrative support for Chinese-speaking employees, including translating documents and facilitating communication.
   
3. Facilities & Operations Support: Act as a point of contact for facilities-related inquiries.
   Collaborate with facilities management, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance and repair issues.
   Compile and coordinate maintenance activities, repairs, and service requests.
   
4. Document Management & Compliance: Maintain and organize office documents, records, and any other administrative paperwork required by management.
   Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with regulatory standards.
   

Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Diploma or O-Level, Nitec, or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a related administrative role with Construction company.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (preference).
• Computer Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Personal Attributes:Responsible, diplomatic, and a proactive self-starter with a "can-do" attitude.
  Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
  Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  Confident and comfortable handling communication at all levels.
  

Work Conditions:

Job Responsibility

· Responsible for Marketing and establishing new sales channels.

· Answer customers inquiries through email or phone.

· Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

· Maintain good relationships with existing clients and explore potential & new customers.

Requirements

· Preferable with at least 2 years’ experience in sales and be familiar in construction industry.

· Outdoor sales experience will be preferred,

· Ad hoc assignments.
