Education and Certifications:

• Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in site supervision, construction management, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Further Training: WAH supervisor, BCSS

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction site supervision or a similar role.
• Proven track record in managing on-site construction projects.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with construction equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality management.

Job Description:

• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• To supervise and manage all related matters with regard to the day to day activities with the objective of meeting the schedule, quality, and safety objectives.
• Prepare daily progress report and work schedule.
• Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced.
• Able to work independently and ability to interact with staff at all levels.
• Must have experience with managing workers and able to arrange works for workers.
• Coordinate with client, subcontractors, and workers to execute project tasks effectively.
• Ensure all equipment is functional and properly maintained.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff or newly recruited workers.
• Resolve conflicts among team members to maintain a positive work environment.
• Other work-related duties as and when required.

Requirement:

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off

Job Description & Requirements

• Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site Work.
• Coordinate and oversee all Structural / Architectural works on site
• Monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site
• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
• Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture from a recognized institution
• Min 3 years of local working experience in residential building projects
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry

Supervision, Managing Processes, Process Improvement, Production Planning, Controls of Instruments, Maintenance of machinery with General safety and ISO knowledge.

Training will be provided. Preferably with a work experience of 3 Years. Candidates with lower work experience , however with good learning attitude will be considered.

Work Week - 5.5 days (Monday to Friday 9AM to 6 PM. Saturday - 9AM to 1 PM)..
