• Ensure proper storage of goods and maintain good housekeeping.
• Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and comply with safety standard and guidelines.
• Plan warehouse operations
• Prepare inventory reports and in charge of stock count.
• Prepare reports and assign jobs to staff
• Plan schedules and coordinate with part-time staff.
• Responsible for safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods/ materials
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times and efficiency
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager/Director

• Basic computer knowledge
• Able to work on retail hours and willing to support OT or work on PH if necessary
