4. Supervisor to account for all forms received after contracted hours under date received and forms to be processed immediately the following day.

5. Supervisor to generate reports for reconciliation with Exec (Corp Svcs).

• Evaluation of Rates and issuance of Purchase order for Bulk material procurements.

• Liaison with client’s contract team and attend meetings for the payment related issues.

• Assist the Project /site manager with contractual matters.

• Support the site team in Preparation of method statement and Risk assessment

• Location : Mount Elizabeth hospital
• Working days: Mon to Sat 8:30 to 19:00

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minmum Diploma in civil/structural discipline or equivalent and shall be accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS
• Minimum 3 years of relevant exprience in projects similar in nature to the works
• Candidate with experience in medical and/or healthcare projects will be an advantage.
• Experience in large scale addition and alteration work at live building.
• Strong knowledge of Architectural details, working drawings and local construction practice.
• Basic knowledge of C&S and M&E drawings.
• Conversant with Singapore Statutes, Building Codes and Regulations.
• Experience in supervision of building construction, architectural and fitting out works.
• Good leadership skills, ability to manage and organise a large site staff team.
• Ability to use Autocad, Microsoft Project Programming and Management Software and related software.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance of operations with local safety regulations and guidelines such as the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act, WSH Regulations, and other relevant standards, including regular updates on any changes to these regulations.
• Follow up with the committee site walk inspection findings for WSH Officer to close up the report and assist WSH Officer on incident/accident investigation.
• Assist WSHO to organize monthly Safety Committee meetings and put-up safety reports, including safety issues.
• Compiles all relevant reports and records and carries out daily safety inspections.
• Supervise all workers in providing safety measures and procedures in accordance with MOM Regulations.
• To support and administer all WSH-related initiatives.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess a Certificate in Safety Coordinators Course from approved institutes
• Min 3 years relevant working experience in construction industry, preferably in HDB Project
• Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills and analytical ability
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to start work within short notice.
