Job Responsibility and Requirement:

1) Able to work at height

2) Preferably 3-5 years relevant working experience

3) Safety Supervisors Certificate (if any)

4) Possess Class 3 driving licence.

To carry out daily checks of the assigned vehicle to ensure safety operations at all time ; Maintain vehicle clean and tidy working condition.

Overall in charge and lead of regional entities Finance, Admin and HR team members, ensuring timely reporting to the head office and statutory compliance are made with the respective regulatory bodies in accordance to the provisions and datelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Regional Accounts and HR staffs on monthly accounts closing, payroll process and statutory reporting
• Perform periodic analysis of accounts to ensure that cost incurred in operations are within budget
• Perform annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises
• Review and revamp of internal controls to streamline process, improve productivity and safeguard company's resources
• Manage company's compliance to local laws and regulations of all regional entities concerning:
• Corporate and employee taxes compliance (e.g. Income Tax, SVAT, VAT, Withholding taxes, Final Tax, NBT, PAYE, Documentary Tax, Business Tax, etc.)
• Local Labour Code compliance (e.g. Shop and office Act, Wage Order Board, DOLE, Workman Compensation and Monetary Benefits, etc.)
• Employee and Employer Contributions compliance (e.g. SSS, HDMF, PHIC, ETF, EPF, BPJS, etc.) 6Business Permit, Custom Accreditation, PCAB, etc.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agent, companies' secretary, banker and tax authorities as and when necessary to
• Ensure that all compliances requirement are fulfilled
• Conduct random internal audit to test if internal control system are effective and are strictly adhered by all parties at all times, to identify key issues for immediate corrective actions
• Manage monthly, quarterly and year-end accounting activities
• Review year-end financial audit for regional and Singapore entities
• Conduct training and coaching for all regional staff to align their understanding to the group of companies standards & procedures
• Manage Cross border tax planning and transfer pricing
• Manage migration and implementation of new accounting system
• Set-up new company books of accounts
• Manage new implementations of company's innovative solutions to new process (e.g. HR Management, Attendance System, New Payroll System, etc.)
• Other duties and functions which may be assigned from time to time by the management

IT

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

Shipping

• Coordination of shipment information and documentation between stakeholders (suppliers, subcontractors, banks, shippers)
• Work closely with the Project Department and Commercial & Procurement Department regarding shipments
• Contact supplier or shipper if a mistake is identified
• Prepare shipping documents - invoice, packing list, LC, shipping guarantee, letter of indemnity
• Check & follow up on documents - invoice, DO, PO
• Verify documents according to order and invoices (quantity, description, price etc.)
• Ensure completeness of shipment
• Update shipping register & master Trade Receivables (TR) list
• Maintain all physical files related to stated duties

All other duties as assigned by Management.
