Job Overview:

We are seeking a Indigent Responsibility and reliable HR Project General Mangers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Full Set Human Resources, Admin, Basic Account and payrolls, prepare employment contract, and Project Claims, and also knowledge in terms of constructions firm, projects, building and overall in charge for the company and site matters.

Candidate needed to have Constructions Experience and report to Managing Director and follow any daily HOC Duties as followed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for company compliance, office affairs and WPOL, EPOL work pass system, and full set HR for all the Foreigners Pass Applications.

2. Provides administrative support for the Managing Director.

3. Prepare Employment Contract/ Payrolls/

4. Remind the Managing Director of important tasks and deadlines.

5. Perform ad-hoc duties when required by the Managing Director.

6. Assist in Chinese clients’ PPT/ Proposals and be fluent in English and Mandarin for all the relevant documents, projects, contract.

7. Prepare Project Claims at the month end.

8. Basic Payrolls/Basic Account.

9. All Site Matters, Project, and Managing full set HR matters & Daily matters as instructions from the Management Team.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in both English & Chinese to communicate with Chinese clients.

2. Detail-oriented self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities :-

1. Class 3 Driver to drive 14 ft lorry with valid Singapore Driving License.
2. Know Singapore route very well.
3. To ferry Foreign Worker to different job site.
4. Can help to do some general works and help to buy building materials upon request.
5. Preferably with similar experience for at least 3-5 years in Singapore as driver ferrying workers to jobsite.

Demonstrate ability to liaise and coordinate work site requirements with client, relevant authorities and make timely decision on deployment of internal resources to support project site requirement
2. Have more than 10 years experience managing MRT (LTA and related government) projects
3. Hold a valid PUB Licensed Plumber qualification
4. Extensive experiences in water service, sanitary drainage and rainwater drainage new build, modification and repair works, for both underground and above ground installation works
5. Good knowledge on code of practices for water services and sanitary drainage, and plumbing work statutory requirements
6. Demonstrate ability to design water service, sanitary drainage and rainwater drainage system.
7. Able to create shop drawing and schematic independently
8. Able to manage daily work site documentation independently
9. Good knowledge of Autocad, Excel, PowerPoint and Acrobat software
10. Able to work remotely under stress, and committed to overtime work to ensure timely completion of project schedule

• To plan and implement developmental and preventive programmes to meet the needs of vulnerable individuals and families with the goal of strengthening individual’s and families’ coping and resilience, strengthening family life, and maximizing their potential to lead dignified and independent lives.

Job Responsibilities:

Principle Responsibilities

• To manage daily operations of FSC, ensure the adherence to SOPs and delivery of high-quality services.
• To plan, implement and evaluate the services to meet the needs of the clients and their families and the community

Information & Referral (I&R)

• Provide information and referral (I&R) service to clients and link to appropriate agencies for further interventions where appropriate.

Casework & Counselling (C&C)

• Provide casework and counselling services to clients. To carry a caseload determined by the supervisor according to the experience and assigned role of the Social Worker in the program.
• Cases include working with vulnerable individuals and families with moderate risk, needing long-term case management.
  With more experience, the Social Worker will also manage cases with higher intensity and higher risk in nature (e.g. family violence, child abuse, elder abuse, severe mental health issues, and suicidal tendencies).
• Attend, lead and coordinate meetings (network meetings, case conferences, case management meetings) with key stakeholders.

Programme Development

• Plan, implement and evaluate Group Work, Community programs to meet client needs.
• To keep proper documents of program progress and evaluate outcomes.
• Carry out community outreach projects as assigned by the supervisor.
• Work with volunteers and like-minded partners to implement programs.
  Outreach to Community

Network with other organizations and stakeholders.

• Identify trends and issues affecting the wellbeing of the community and recommend engagement strategies as appropriate.

Supervision & Training

• More experienced social workers to provide supervision and mentoring to new social workers, interns and support staff.
• Sharing of training with peers

Administrative Functions

• Provide statistical inputs and collate data through the use of SSNet, and any relevant data management platform(s) (internally or externally).
• Compile and analyze statistics

Job Requirements

• Participate in any process improvement projects/tasks in achieving objectives
• To assist in ad-hoc projects/committees as and when required by Team Leader/Director
• To perform any other duties as directed by the Team Leader/Director/CEO
• Bachelor Degree in Social Work/ Graduate Diploma in Social Work
