About The Job

The Process Worker supports the mission of the Red Shield Industries, a social enterprise, highly regarded by public for its excellent delivery donation in kind service which is sensitive and responsive to the community welfare needs and meeting the funding needs of The Salvation Army. Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that residents comply with the Centre’s Rules and Regulations.
• Setting up of Individual Care Plan for all residents
• Responsible for the Clinical Intervention components in the Centre (include counselling and caring services).
• Assist in ensuring safe custody of residents
• Work closely with other departments/government agencies/schools in relation to the welfare of residents
