Job description

Supports HR in matters relating to manpower administration, adhering to Ministry of Manpower rules and regulations.

- Process SP/ WP/ EP application, renewal, cancellation and update MOM of any changes of foreign employees’ particulars.

- Update and maintain project employees’ record.

- Preparation of monthly payroll.

- Checking staff attendance including MC and keeping proper records of Staff’s Leave Entitlement

- Assist HR in recruitment exercise to support and maintain the organisation’s manpower needs.

- Arranging training course and upgrading programmes for employees as required.

- Perform any HR-related duties requested by Reporting Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

·Interpret drawings and create/update BIM models

·Produce BIM documentation with proper title block for submission

·Create/modify BIM Object Families (parametric and non-parametric)

·Upkeep the record of BIM/Drawing versions and ensure BIM deliverables and documentation follow BEP or requirement/instruction as stipulated

·Coordinate and communicate with team members if further details or clarification is required

·Support BIM Coordinator/BIM Manager in coordinating with other stakeholders whenever required

Requirements:

·At least 1 year or close to 1 year experience in BIM Modeling work

·Archi BIM Modeler - Experienced in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD

·M&E BIM Modeler - Experienced in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD

·C&S BIM Modeler - Experienced in Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D

·Candidate with experience in BIM Coordination or Simulation using Navisworks, VRcollab, Fuzor, Revizto, or other relevant software would be an added advantage (On the job training will be provided to candidates without relevant software experience)

• Organising and manging project teams, including hiring contractors as needed to complete specific tasks
• Ensuring that all costs are within budget and wokring with team members to identify opportunities for cost savings
• Communicating with clients throughout the project to ensure they are satisfied with progress and updates
• Developing and implementing project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met and that tasks are completed on time
• Evaluating project risks and making recommendations for mitigration of identified risks
• Providing regular progress reports to clients on the status of projects
• Managing the day-to-day operations of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
• Communicating with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the project
• Ensuring that all project documentation is completed according to company standards and laws

Able to read construction drawings, know well the skill of formwork , rebar, concreting, survey.

To lead the installation teams at construction sites to plan and execute works according to the project schedule;

To plan the manpower deployment require for the site works;

To ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites;

To oversee the works and resolve any technical issues/ difficulties that may arise on constructions sites;

To ensure the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures;

To report to project team on work progress at construction sites;

To liaise with main or sub-contractor for coordination work and installation,able to handle complaints and provide regular feedbacks.

To manage all on-site matters and assist Technical issues.

Any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager from time to time.

Accept working outdoors,the minimum working hours are from Monday to Saturday.

Preparation of Quotations and Tender Submissions to clients.

· Assist in evaluating and selecting competent suppliers and sub-contractors .

· Preparation of variation orders at project intervals.

· Carry out contract administration duties.

· Build rapport and maintain good relationships with existing customers.

· Understand clients needs and provide best value for money solutions.

· Any other related-QS tasks as may be assigned from time to time
