Monday to Friday, Fix work time 8am-5pm in office or construction site.

Minimum 3 years accounting experience in CONSTRUCTION FEILD, HR experience will be an advantage.

High integrity and able to work independently

Good written English and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

Job Description

• Review requested items for requisition and liaise with supervisors to determine the suitability of the material as well as identify and / or track overdue material requests.
• contact vendors to acquire quotes for goods
• Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department.
• Familiar with construction material and specification.
• Monitoring and preparation of purchasing related reports.
• Communicate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain and update supplier information such as track record, experience, product lines etc.
• Maintain records of all purchases, pricing and other important data

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years as Purchaser or related position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.)
• Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently

• Supports the technical team and construction team for all design matters.
• Reviews all technical documentation and drawings of the Project works.
• Works closely with the Consultants on the designs and project deliverables to enhance site efficiency and constructability.
• Understands and familiar with Authority approval/clearance of works including URA, BCA, LTA, PUB, etc.
• Manages design approval process and coordinates with the Clients and Consultants in a timely manner to resolve all technical issues.
• Ensures strict compliance of the design in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Ensures the distribution of all the approved and latest drawings and other relevant documents to the relevant parties.
• Prepares shopdrawings with in-house BIM team and obtains approval in advance to site installation dates.
• Raises queries to Client or handles Client’s clarification on technical requirements pertaining to the Project works.
• Prepares and presents design progress status and slides to KTC management, project team and Client as and when required.
• Strong coordination and collaboration with other disciplines (i.e. Architectural, MEP, BIM, etc.) on design to ensure delivery of high quality outcome.
• Supports tender team and prepares technical tender documents as per specifications for bidding of civil and structural engineering projects as and when assigned.
• Attends Technical Meetings, Coordination Meeting, Site Meetings, etc as and when required.
