We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, technical expertise, and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project goals, ensure clear deliverables, and manage expectations.
• Oversee project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage on-site activities, ensuring compliance with design specs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and ensure environmental regulation compliance.
• Monitor expenditures, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Enforce quality control measures and conduct regular audits.
• Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans, conduct training sessions, and investigate incidents.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Architecture Engineering or related field.
• Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) and Basic Concept in Construction Productivity Enhancement (BCCPE) certificates.
• 5+ years of civil construction industry experience.
• Safety-related certifications (e.g., Supervisor Safety, Risk Management) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
• Analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage network & systems, firewall and storage related issues of the company
• Provide end-user support and training for hardware and software.
• Install, configure and provide technical support to workstations, software, communication services, network printing, scanner, biometric system, CCTV etc.
• Maintain and provide IT support and troubleshooting for end users.
• Perform system administration and maintenance tasks including data protection/backup and disaster recovery sites.
• Deploy, manage and troubleshoot user workstation and computer equipment
• Monitor anti-virus activity, reporting and update
• Create user guide, maintain record and IT documentation
• Perform inventory management of hardware and software

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and Windows system
• Experience in construction industry will be added advantage
• Good understanding and experience of Windows operating system, office365, Sharepoint and Autodesk

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Purpose

You will be part of the team to provide casework and counselling services for families, with the goal for families to achieve healthy family functioning, and to deliver divorce support programmes and services to families who are affected by divorce, with the goal for families and their children to achieve stability and self-reliance.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

Casework & Counselling

• Part of the Intake & Triage Team to conduct intake assessments for new intakesto identify needs, strengths, and risks and make necessary referrals for clients.
• Conduct counselling for individuals, couples and families who are experiencing stress due to marital and family-related issues.
• Conduct case management for clients and case conferences with stakeholders.

Support Programme & Workshops

• Plan, review and facilitate groupwork intervention for parents and children.
• Facilitate premarital and divorce related programmes and workshops to help equip couples and parents with knowledge that enhance relationships and skills to cope with life transitions.
• Facilitate and supervise visitation access of divorcing/ divorced parents with their children and ensuring that the session carries on smoothly and safely for both the parent and children.

Supervision

• Provide programme and practice/clinical supervision to junior Counsellor/Social Worker and interns/ Family Life Educators to ensure programme fidelity and quality service delivery.

Research & Practice

• Contribute to quality practice and professional matters in agency.
• Engage in research to evaluate activities and identify service gaps.
• Facilitate internal training for team / service point

Networking

• Support networking and advocacy sessions with partners and stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Master Degree in Counselling or Bachelor Degree in Social Work (preferably with a recognised certification in Counselling)
• At least 5 years of relevant casework / counselling experience in counselling, social work, or related work involving family, parents and children, and have experience in conducting training and workshop
• Preferably accredited member of SASW or clinical member of SAC
• Will need to work half Saturday (Tues - Fri : 8.30 am - 6 pm and Sat : 1.30-6.30 pm)
• Comfortable in conflict management
• Able to work in multiple site but primarily based in East

Master Degree in Counselling OR Bachelor Degree in Social Work (preferably with a recognised certification in Counselling)

At least 3 years of direct relevant experience as counsellor or social worker, excluding internship or practicum or as voluntary staff.

Experience working with children, parents, couples, etc is an added plus.

LTA project experience is preferred

· Design, coordinate, plan and manage the civil and structural projects assigned.

· Liaise with architects, clients, consultants and other parties involved for the design of Structural and civil engineering works.

· Conduct structure analysis.

· Review completed structural drawings, designs and specifications.

· Ensure the drawings comply with the specifications/requirements of the authorities.

· Check and highlight all the discrepancies between Architectural, Structural and M&E drawings.

· Prepare technical submissions for approval.

· Coordinating with all trade team for Structural Work in both design and construction stage.

· To ensure proper handover of project to client.

Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in relevant field in the construction supervision of civil and structural works for projects of similar scale and complexity.

The project coordinator (Civil/Structural) role is to ensure that civil and structural works are built in accordance with approved Structural Plans, Architectural Drawings and cast-in SWCs services are provided as per CCSM and Structural Electrical Mechanical Drawings
