Sales Support & Quotation Management:

Logistics / Site Coordinator

Salary: $3,000-$4,000

Working Location: Jurong Port (Entrance to Jurong Port at Jurong Port Pass Office)

Site Office: Storage warehouse beside Jurong port that has a container office where the employee will station

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm (OT most likely required, but no OT pay)
• As this is a supervisory position and working at Jurong Port, they must be 24/7 on standby for any issues occur since the shipments run 24/7. However, there will be workers around doing two shift work, day and night, so the supervisors don’t need to be there at night unless issues occur.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial for managing the discharge of construction aggregates (stones, sand) at a port, ensuring smooth discharging operations for all barges and vessels.

Responsibilities:

• Allocate manpower and equipment effectively to manage and ensure vessel and barge discharging operations of construction aggregates at the port runs smoothly.
• Oversee daily operations related to the arrival and departure of barges and vessels.
• Liaise with port authorities to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily reports on barge and vessel activities.
• Manage warehouse inventory, ensuring optimal supply of goods for delivery to customers.
• Coordinate with the truck teams and ensure all company goods are promptly delivered.
• Manage and ensure the safety of our workforce at work.
• Ensure equipment are maintained and operational for every deployment.
• Able and willing to work irregular hours, including weekends. Port operations run 24/7.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics coordination
• Able to drive and hold a valid driver’s license in Singapore. Company vehicle provided for work use.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support elderly patients and their caregivers with:
- Psychosocial and financial support
- Casework and counseling services

2. To facilitate successful integration back to the community by:
- Collaborating closely with the multi-disciplinary team
- Implementing a comprehensive and coordinated care plan
- Implementing initiatives and support programmes that enhances the care and support of elderly patients and their caregivers within the community

Job Requirements:
- Degree and postgraduate diploma in Social Work.
- Must have an interest to work with the elderly in a healthcare setting
- Ability to communicate with vernacular languages speaking clients. (in order to provide psychosocial, financial support and assistance to Vernacular Languages Speaking Clients.)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with a strong background in marine dredging and document control.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and health practices on marine dredging sites, while also managing and coordinating documentation across technical, operations, purchasing, and inventory sections.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Safety Management

• Develop, implement, and monitor safety policy and structure as well as safety programs in compliance with regulatory requirements for marine dredging and all other marine activities.
• Recommend and propose regular cost-effective and optimisation improvements plan forinternal safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to ensure a safeworking environment.
• Prepare safety report such as Risk Assessment (RA), Safe Work Procedure (SWP), Permit-to-work for shipyard & maintenance state and other necessary documentation for management and regulatory bodies.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and provide recommendations for preventive measures.
• Act as the main liaison with authorities (MOM).
• Conduct departmental onboarding and safety briefings, training, and toolbox talks with workers to promote awareness of safety practices.
• Ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols.

2. Document Control

• Ensure proper documentation prepared by each section, review and file the documents for technical, operations, purchasing and inventory section.

3. WSH Compliance

• Ensure WSH compliance for operations to shipbuilding and ship-repairing, marine dredging and maintenance.
• Oversee the safety of marine equipment, vessels, and operations during all marine activities.

Job Requirements:

• Certified Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marine dredging or marine construction.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to marine works.
• Strong familiarisation with marine dredging equipment and procedures.
• Experience in document control or records management across technical, operations, purchasing, and inventory sections is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate between departments for documentation purposes.
• Ability to work in challenging environments and adapt to the specific safety needs of marine projects.
• Strong in self-initiative, able to plan and execute all safety related activities with management approval.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and other software (Novade etc).
