• Monitor project delivery quality to ensure they meet project requirements and regulations.
• Implement control measures for material/plant & equipment/utility usage.
• Supervise daily site activities.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering
• Completed 2 Projects as Project Manager in Residental Condo, Residential Development
• Minimum 5 years and above of project management experience with private large-scale construction.
• Computer skills- Using Microsoft Projects, Excel, Word & PowerPoint, etc.
• Certificate of Project Manager
• Microsoft Project

• Certify in (CSCPM) Construction Safety Course for Project Manager or Manage Workplace safety & health in construction site lvl 4

Role of Projector Coordinator/ Building Construction Supervisor involves management, supervision and co-ordination of construction activities in accordance to health and safety guidelines. Meeting project goals, target and timing report progresses to the Project manager/ Project director.
