• Service-learning projects should be sustained for the same beneficiaries across the three interactions. The target beneficiaries are disadvantaged children such as young children at risk, underprivileged children, children with special needs or other similar sectors.
• Post exam activity should be conducted at an external venue that is play-focused for students to wind down.
• Learning journey should include a trip to one industry based on students’ interest and aligned with current economies of work, i.e. Green Economy, Care Economy or Digital Economy.

Requirements

• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Registered with the Ministry of Education.
• At least Diploma in Youth Work/ Social Work/ Educational Psychology/ Counselling or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years of counselling experience/social work and had worked with youths.
• Have conducted any current and past training for similar programmes from 2022 to 2024
