Handling technical and engineering problems on site

Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site

Monitor and co-ordinate the works of subcontractors Structure and Architectural work

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

Min 3-4 years’ experience

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Create detailed 2D and 3D designs and technical drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand design requirements and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, blueprints, specifications, and updates throughout the design process.
• Develop detailed design drawings for projects, including plans, elevations, sections, and layouts.
• Identify and suggest improvements or solutions to technical issues based on design feasibility and manufacturability.

Requirements:

• More than 10 Years relevant experience.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Description :

• To prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval.
• To control and coordinate M&E Works on site
• To resolve site matters with regards to M&E services
• To manage sub-contractors works and progress of works
• To liaise with authorities for the commission of work

Requirements:

• Passed M&E coordination course.
• Possess at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in M&E industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word & Excel), Microsoft Project and Autocad.
