Job Description

• Working Location: Jurong Food Hub
• Working Hours: 5.5 day (Mon – Fri, 8.00 am – 5.00 pm; Sat (Conditional, may not have to work)
• Salary Package: Basic + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor in the Production Line
• Measuring of raw materials, mixing (Processing), pouring of raw materials into the blending equipment and cleaning process
• Fill and seal product into pails/drums
• Pack in carton boxes
• Loading and unloading of goods
• Maintain good discipline and hygiene
• Work co-operatively in a team with other production worker to complete assigned tasks
• Any other jobs assigned by the Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• To liaise with client for master programme
• To liaise with client for delivery schedule for the whole project
• To circulate the master programme to contracts department, design department, production department and logistics department
• To submit list of materials, materials samples, MIL certificate to main contractor
• To arrange with main contractor for 1st inspection for precast components
• To submit project quality plan
• To submit trailers accident recovery plan and risk assessment to main contractor
• To liaise with WSH officer to brief transporter & Logistic coordinator on risk assessment
• To submit weekly progress report (with photos)
• To submit weekly defects reports, defects master list (with photos)
• To liaise with clients in delivery schedules (PP09)
• To monitor daily deliveries to ensure that the deliveries are on time and according to the requested dates in the deliveries schedules
• To attend site meeting
• To attend monthly consultant visits or factory visits that are requested by clients
• To arrange transportation with Plant Manager/ Production Manager for the plant visits
• To attended both HDB audit & other audits in factories and on site Requirement
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering recognized by Professional Engineer Board
• Possess Class 3 driving license is an advantage
• Training provide for those without/lesser experience
