• Responsible for Landscape Architec Coordinator all works related to Site Supervisor / Coordinator duties. landscape site supervision for hardscape and softscape.

· Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all trade implementation on site.

· Ensure works are carried out in accordance with updated drawings, specifications, method of statements, master programme and consultants site instructions.

· Liaise with Clients, Consultants, RE / RTO to carry out site inspection and attend weekly /monthly meeting.

· Manage procurement of all site resources including sub-contractors, suppliers, manpower, materials and machinery etc. Scheduling manpower, materials and equipment on site, carry out materials and equipment receiving, inspection and maintaining record. All delivery order must be returned to office for record.

· Monitor and control material unsafe on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage.

· Assist project manager or project engineer with any other duties as assigned.

• Bilingualism (English and Mandarin).

• Driving liense class 3.

(A) Essential Job Functions:

The Construction Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Review and prepare method statements for submission to the client.
• Manage a construction project team and oversee the construction activities, planning, implementation, and monitoring of work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed construction program.
• Ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time.
• Monitor ongoing site activities and ensure work runs smoothly.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and different authorities on the project’s activities.
• To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned.

(B) Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent, preferably recognized by Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• Proficient in both MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.
• At least 15 years working experience and 8 years’ experience in managing civil engineering project.

(C) Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:

• Good knowledge of local authority requirements and engineering standards.
• Working knowledge of general construction, especially in civil engineering project.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks / projects at one time.
• Ability to analyse and synthesize complex issues quickly.
• Able to work overtime and be on standby when required.

• Inspect the interior or surfaces that need tiling
• Provide estimates for the number of tiles, installation time and costs
• Clean walls and floors in preparation for tiling work
• Remove old grout and cement from surfaces
• Fill gaps, cracks and holes in floors and walls
• Level uneven walls, floors and other surfaces with plaster
• Spread adhesive onto ready surfaces and tiles, then set tiles in position
• Make tiles to flush with corners, edges and fittings
• Ensure proper spacing and alignment of floor and wall tiles
• Grout tiles and apply waterproofing systems to surfaces
• Lay coloured tiles in patterns to create eye-catching mosaics

Help supervise construction and interior renovation works at residential and commercial sites.

Have good understanding of various construction and interior renovation works and materials and processes.

Have at least 5 years working experience with hands-on experience on construction work and interior renovation works including demolition works.

Can guide fellow workers on construction and interior renovation works if they face problems.

Can calculate materials cost.

Location: Six Avenue

Working Hours: 8.30am-6pm, Mon - Fri

Salary: Up to $5500 + AWS

Job Scope

• Manage the financial and statutory accounting for entity assigned.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports.
• Prepare WIP and provide recommendation on project profitability and cost optimisation.
• Compute key financial indicators and provide trend analysis of financials.
• Involve in the preparation of group budgets and forecasts.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors for filing on time.
• Handle tax matters including the quarterly GST filing and corporate tax.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned and this may include review of policies and procedure.

Requirements

• Prior working experience in Construction industry
• Experience in handling work in progress accounting (like on going project accounting)
• Proficient in SAP
