Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the workshop team
• Assist in purchasing records and documentation, including purchase orders, invoices and receipts.
• Support basic accounting functions such as processing vendor invoices, preparing payment vouchers
• Liaise with other departments to coordinate administrative and warehouse activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’/’N’/ITE Level
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices is an advantage.
• Good Microsoft skill (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Able to liaise with English and Chinese-speaking colleagues/workers
• Energetic and willing to learn

Responsibilities:

• Perform measurements for quantities
• Sourcing of Subcontractors and Suppliers
• Evaluation of price comparison
• Estimation for variation submission
• Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings
• Valuing and Preparing Progress Claims and Sub-Contract Progress Payments
• Prepare and issue Subcontract variation orders.
• Monitoring of Project Variations
• Conducting site measurements
• In addition to the above mentioned duties and responsibilities, any other assignments given occasionally or on a daily basis by the immediate Superior

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review the work progress on daily basis
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences
• Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
