Dymon Asia is looking for a Portfolio Manager specialized in Japanese equity index (NKY) futures and options. This person must demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the product and have verifiable profitable track record from trading volatility.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Actively managing a portfolio of equity derivatives
• Ability to analyze volatility curves
• Ability to generate trade ideas
• Ability to take risk and make positive P&L

Qualification:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in trading equity index futures and options
• Deep understanding of analytics and the fundamental drivers of volatility dynamics

• A good track record with annual profits of USD 10mio or more
• Strong risk management skills
• Extensive network and local know-how in Japan
• Ability to read, write and speak Japanese will be a plus

Job Description

• Organic Growth from existing trade finance portfolio and increase trade utilization;
• Wallet sizing non-trade customers to optimize fee and fund income;
• To market more loans and new borrowing products to borrowers;
• Annual Review of EFS facilities;
• Amber Review of trade finance customers;
• Submission of AAs for changes of guarantor (s), constitution, variations of terms from original AA, and all other credit requests for trade finance customers;
• Assist REM-CC in contacting customers with regards to overdue TRs;

• Check and sign supplementary LO and ensure acceptance;
• To sign up trade customers for BIB, Auto Payroll and proactively refer directors to Maybank’s Wealth platform;

• Attend Rerating for trade portfolio;
• Attend all the credit request for trade portfolio
• Attend Repricing for trade portfolio

Job Requirement

• Recognized degree in any discipline with at least 2 years experience in SME banking preferred;
• Experience in an acquisition or a client relationship role in SME banking;

Responsibilities

· Staff Onboarding / Off-boarding process

· Streamline, clean up, create proper hierarchy for document repository

· Tracker and chaser deliverables and To-Dos

· Report generation / inputs for broader reporting for pillar based on data pulled from various resources

· Admin support, coordination, governance activities

· Data clean up, highlighting quality issues based on checklist and correction as per guidelines

· Setup of meetings, capture minutes, follow ups with teams as required

Skills/Requirement

· Provision in Microsoft Office, knowing how to use Microsoft Excel to tabulate data for data analysis, reporting, Powerpoint to compile and generate slides for presentation.

· Some knowledge in HR related matters such as using of workday, getting the required information of new hires prior to onboarding and offboarding within Service Request to ensure a smooth experience.

· Able to multitask without compromising of work quality ie. Multiple onboarding / offboarding on the same day.
