Purpose of the role

• Building, managing and strengthening current and future profitable partner relationships with industry Lawyers, Advisors and Auditors to support the Sales Team to increase the revenues generated from key feeders.

Responsibilities

· Perform the business support analyst role for a strategic project of medium complexity and scale.
· Work closely with IT project team and internal stakeholders to ensure timely & successful system delivery.
· Document business direction, structure, business processes and requirements.
· Interact internally to determine involvement, requirements, analysis and interfaces with the users.
· Assist in the collection and consolidation and analyze required information and data.
· Participate in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of processes and systems.
· Identify areas of potential business risk and communicate these to the business.
· Validate and report production errors to IT for resolution. Work with IT to ensure timely and successful resolution of production errors.
· Writing, modifying and implementing efficient codes.
· Compilation of monthly report and minutes of meeting.

JOB PURPOSE:

• To originate, develop and cross-sell business from the Greater China region in compliance with the bank’s strategy and within the regulatory and risk parameters.
• To efficiently manage the bank’s existing corporate assets portfolio.
• To focus on businesses which are sound and profitable with consideration being given to the risk aspect of the targeted businesses.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• At least 5 years of relevant banking experience.
• Prior experience and have good client contacts in the Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China markets.
• Experienced in dealing with large corporate clients originating from Greater China, with knowledge of both Singapore market and Greater China market. To originate (including cold calling) and develop business in compliance with the Bank’s strategy
• Be familiar with trade finance products & trade facility credit application written-up. Prior experience in syndicated, structured/ project finance deals is a plus.
• Cross-sell among product business units and inter-branch.
• Experience in the entire credit process from deal acquisition up to conclusion (including documentation).
• Acquiring and evaluating new accounts.
• Preparing term sheet and structuring credit facilities, performing credit assessment of financial statements, cashflow projections, sensitivity analysis, periodic credit reviews of the existing accounts and loan documentation.
• Experience in KYC/AML process
• Achieve bank’s KPI in line with MBO.
