Job Purpose

The Job

• Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls/emails in a professional and prompt manner.

Job Resoibsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships and act as primary fund administration client relationship manager for fund accounting and other related services
• Be actively involved in business development to pitch for new client engagements
• Set up the fund administrative services workflow and best practices, including evaluation of any fund accounting software where necessary
• To handle all fund accounting activities which includes periodic financial statements, partner allocations, NAV calculations, annual reporting requirement, and capital activity statements etc
• Assist in investor reporting, partner capital account statements, capital calls, distribution, equalization notices and client reporting are prepared and disseminated correctly
• To provide support in multiple asset classes and funds

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or professional qualifications

• Achieve Net Sales and Gross Margin targets for Key accounts, based on the directional plans for each account
• Develop strategic alliances with Accounts to drive band share of their businesses, relationship development is a focus
• Ensure rolling business & Marketing plans are built for each key account
• Manage the sales of key accounts and provide supporting function to operations and marketing to deliver to plan

Iwatani Group is a leading gas and energy company headquartered in Japan with energy businesses centered on industrial gas and machinery, materials, and integrated energy. We are looking for a Manager with in-depth expertise and extensive sales experience in the Material industry to lead the business development of our Materials Business Division.

This position is responsible for leading the overall business development of the Materials Division based on his/her in-depth practical knowledge of mireral sand, semiconductors, mined materials, and biomass fuels, and will be responsible for generating new sales and establishing a stable base of business transaction, including but not limited to the followings;

Procurement and sales of new materials (ceramic moldeded products and plastic film products)

Lead the sales of various new materials (ceramic molded products and plastic film products) mainly from Japanese suppliers to electronic component manufacturers in Malaysia and Singapore.

Conduct close daily communication and advanced negotiation with Japanese suppliers and HQ to coordinate delivery, inventory and negotiation of business conditions to ensure stable supply of high quality products on schedule.

Procurement and sales of mineral products

Manage the procurement of mined materials from global suppliers and lead sales to users in Malaysia and Singapore. Conduct advanced negotiations, contracts, and logistics arrangements with suppliers and customers to ensure a stable supply.

Expansion of biomass business

Conduct research and analysis of potential new suppliers of biomass fuel to be sold to Japanese companies. Development of new investment projects

Lead the research and analysis of investment opportunities for the purpose of securing resource interests and developing new materials to further expand Iwatani group's materials business globally.

Budget and performance management

Job Requirements

1) Minimum of 5 years experience in a materials related trading company covering not only ASEAN but also China and Australia region. As a Machine Learning Engineer within the ML Platform team, you will play a key role in the creation of our new compute layer using Ray. You will help drive the set-up of the infrastructure for Ray on Kubernetes and its integration with the company's existing Data system.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Deliver High-Quality AI Infrastructure: Collaborate with the Machine Learning Platform team to design and build infrastructure for distributed data processing and model training using Ray. Ensure reproducibility across Kubernetes clusters by leveraging GitOps for cloud infrastructure management.
