• Assisting to develop, maintain and update the meeting schedule to ensure timely organisation of events.

Global Deployment & Allocation

• Manage Interco / STR-STO maintenance process, ensure creation and health of STR/STO/POs and resolve issue if system is not creating STR/STO/PO in line with expectation.
• Lead Supply S&OE Planning to align on PO creation & amendment in due dates
• Lead Supply S&OE Planning on global allocation management if shortages or surplus as per Global Business guidelines & alignment
• Support Escalation from Regions to Global

• Generate communication on Supply Alerts and Exceptions
• Drive improvements on Supply Chain Metrics, DIOH, Supply Attainment Performance measures such as Interco Supply Attainment, Region/Site Back-order $ and %
