The Market Development Manager, Diagnostics Insights is responsible for being the RIS Go-To-Market point contact for an assigned product/product category of Digital Health Solutions in Roche Information Solutions portfolio. The position is responsible for ensuring the commercial go-to-market success of that solution through the Product Lifecycle Framework.

For products that the Market Development Manager is not the ‘RIS Go-To-Market point contact’, they are responsible for supporting other Market Development Managers in identifying and driving pilots in their assigned country/market. This role is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.

The Opportunity

• Responsible for the development and implementation of the commercial Go-To-Market strategy across the Product Lifecycle Framework for a product/solution set
• Serve as the primary point of contact for global go-to-market strategy in product squad(s) to which they are assigned
• Leading pilot activities in their country/market for other Market Development Managers and pilot products
• Understand and identify new market opportunities - and develop strategies how to experiment moving the opportunity further
• Develop commercialization plans, the associated model and Go-To-Market strategy in collaboration with the assigned affiliates/region

• At least 5 years of work experience in physical automation/ data engineering and related engineering field
• Proven ability in managing direct reports (leadership role) with experience in building new teams desired
• Practical experience working with AMHS (Automated Material Handling Systems), equipment automation
• Practical knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and Dispatch/Scheduling tool in a high-volume manufacturing environment
