Duties and Responsibilities

• Planning and supporting the implementation of initiatives to drive engagement to achieve brand awareness and visitorship targets for the Museum’s exhibitions, programmes and events.
• To develop and build strong relationships with stakeholders, industry partners such as the Museum Roundtable and ICOM and patrons.
• Planning and supporting the execution of exhibitions, programmes and events including tours, artist residencies and school/corporate bookings centered around the Museum’s collections, exhibitions and events for a wide range of audiences
• Enforce and adhere to Museum’s SOPs and best practice & procedures
• Produce detailed schedules which include staffing assignments and milestones for upcoming outreach and engagement initiatives
• Support the working relationship with facility management and other events and operational departments by maintaining a master museum calendar
• Oversee the day to day operational readiness of FOH and closing duties
• Planning and allocation of resources for marketing and communications needs for both print and digital efforts in collaboration with Marcom colleagues, as well as programmes and events

Job Requirement
