Overall Role:

Responsible for overseeing the core operations of the Home by using best business practices and maximizing cost-effectiveness to ensure the maintenance,upkeep of the facilities and safety aspects are in compliance with the guidelines set by Government agencies for a clean, comfortable, safe, secured and pleasant home environment for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

1. Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
2. Contribute and support new programmes, initiatives and projects with positive outcomes.
3. SSet KHIs for staff, review staff’s performance and motivate and mentor them to achieve excellence.
4. Implement action plans approved by Executive Director
5. Liaise with consultants on various fields to improve outcomes for the Home.
6. Prepare the annual Department budget.
7. Review existing vendors and ensure securing best quotations for Home’s projects and purchases.

Supervision

1. Oversee a multi-disciplinary team.
2. Devise work objective plan for subordinates.
3. Create a healthy and work balance environment to ensure physical and mental wellness.

Administration

Operations related - to ensure efficient and smooth delivery of services to the Home:

• Oversee and manage the stock keeping and purchasing of food, household and toiletries and personal needs of the residents.
• Oversee Environmental and Sanitisation programme
• Housekeeping & upkeeping of premises – kitchen, laundry, repairs and replacement, landscape and related tasks to ensure the safety, cleanliness and functionality of facilities and equipment
• Fire Safety Management
• Indoor Air Quality Management
• Transport Management
• Vendor and supplier contract Management
• Security and Guard post Management
• Audits by Government agencies
• Oversee in-house project works
• Preparation of Cyclical Maintenance report

Office related

• Donation-in-kind management – identify needs & work with Partnership Dept for donations
• Review and renewal of vehicle insurance
• Working closely with Governmental Agencies and Suppliers

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Building & Facilities Management or equivalent
• 5 -10 years in related positions
• Good Knowledge of mechanical building services installation, building maintenance, operations, safety, health & environmental practices and product knowledge

You will be a Finance business partner to the Consumer Goods Business Unit with a focus on Asia, and be responsible for management reporting, analysis, performance tracking and issue management, decision support, budgeting/planning and working capital control. You will also support global/local Finance projects.

General responsibilities:

• Finance Business Partnering to the local teams
• Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Business Controlling
• Navigate the BU performance with vast knowledge and skills on the country financial performance, its potential and remove constraints along the processes
• Working closely with Group and Local Business Unit Management teams and country finance to improve the in the aspect of business partnering, strategy, business performance and results
• Drive annual target setting process within the region.
• Establish targets together with local/regional management
• Prepare presentations and monthly and quarterly reports to Senior Management
• Analyze monthly performance based on various data sources to derive a consistent picture of current performance, key issues and action items
• Provide proactive, in-depth analysis and subsequent challenges for the region on key financial items such as working capital, profitability and cost development
• Good knowledge of the business, variance analysis, working capital management, coordination with the countries on inventory purchases and customer receivables
• Work in collaboration with Business Partners and key stakeholders to drive transformation
• Participate and drive within the region continuous improvement initiatives to streamline business and finance processes/reporting and improve efficiencies through a better utilization of automated systems (Lighthouse, MORE, PowerBI and etc.)
• Work with local finance business partners to drive consistency of analytics and reporting. Drive high quality business control support to the region

Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years experience in a similar role, preferably with regional exposure
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership skills

4. Salary: $4,000 to $ 4,500 (depending on experiences)

Responsibilities:

• To manage contract and coordinate works related to digitisation of hardcopy documents in preparation for physical relocation
• To coordinate with internal stakeholders and awarded vendor to ensure that hardcopy documents to be digitised are properly prepared and accounted for.
• To coordinate with internal stakeholders and awarded vendor on the quality check and handover of digitised images.
• To monitor progress of digitisation efforts of awarded vendor, and highlight any issues affecting progress for resolution.
• To provide support for implementation of detailed plans for physical relocation
• Logistical coordination and monthly update to branch heads

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Logistics or Procurement or relevant field is preferred.
• Min 2 years of experience in website development and/or project management is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office software/applications
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Prior experience in designing multi-media or interactive media is preferred.
