• Stakeholder Management - Leading scrum and other project calls as required, whilst keeping teams and management informed of critical activities and challenges impacting the program.

• Supporting Vendor & Supplier Management, including logistics where needed

• Reporting - Create group/project weekly Product Status Reports (PSRs), Milestone trackers, Metrics & Reports for communicating statuses to management.

• Risk & Issue Management – Working with resources to ensure risks/issues are identified, documented, and managed to guidelines.

• Attend project wash-up reviews and provide input to develop key learnings and execute actions to address them.

• Identify areas for continuous improvement, document issues seen, and provide suggestions on how to handle them.

Skills/Requirement

• 5 years+ experience executing Agile project/program management.

• Optical/DWDM deployment project experience of Ciena and/or Infinera networks is desirable

• Relevant experience in the IT/Telecom and/or Datacenter industry

• Good knowledge of networking fundamentals

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate at the executive level.

• Experience with Jira/Confluence & MS Office suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

• SCRUM practitioner certification or equivalent

Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional staff product manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be involved in the driving the roadmap and delivery of Workato’s Agentic platform. You will closely collaborate with other product managers, engineering teams and customers to shape our roadmap and deliver reliable enhancements that align with Workato’s strategic objectives. In this role, you will also be responsible to:

• Oversee the development and maintenance of assigned areas of Workato’s Agentic platform
• Analyze adoption and usage data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Research and identify new opportunities for Workato's Agentic Platform
• Define product requirements and work with engineering teams to deliver new features and services
• Collaborate with engineering teams and make calculated product decisions to navigate the timely delivery of features.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the product roadmap for the Workato Agentic
• Provide regular updates and reports on product performance and project status to senior management
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs and challenges, and use insights to drive product improvements and enhancements
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering valuable and reliable product features

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

• 7+ years of product management experience working on Automation and/or AI products
• Ability to lead technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders and present eloquently at industry events
• Comfortable working with qualitative and quantitative data to gather insights and using that to influence roadmap decisions
• A proven track record of building successful products in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with cross functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of the product you own
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline)
