Purpose: Responsible for order management for electronics and mechanical components/services required for manufacturing by a specific timeline determined by the project team. Job responsibilities:

• Ensuring year end balances are rolled over correctly into new IFS system
• Handling the Accounts payable flow, which includes resolving issues, uploading invoices, coding,generating posting proposals,running payments, and managing daily bank files and tax codes.
• Managing journal entries for transactions not covered in the IFS modules (e.g.payroll, external file uploads, prepayment amortization) .
• Working with the fixed asset module to handle asset acqusition, importing fixed asset objects, running depreciation and ensuring depreciation is accurate.
• Performing reconciliations such as GRNI (Goods received not invoiced), mixed payment postings and bank reconciliations.

Job Description

• Manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM for project.
