• Maintain close and continuous contact with customers and target customers while monitoring the industries in which they operate in

Requirement:

• Recognized bachelor degree and above, preferably in Business, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience as relationship manager in MNC conglomerates
• Excellent verbal communication and good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments
• Proactive, energetic, result oriented and possess good business acumen

Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project(or a package), ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to montior costs

As a Solutions Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the presales team in preparing technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Supporting the configuration and setup of product demonstrations for potential clients.
• Collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
• Helping to maintain and update customer records in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Developing a solid understanding of Milestone Systems’ products and services.
• Providing basic technical sales support and responding to customer inquiries.
• Assisting in organizing and attending sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Supporting the team in delivering proofs of concept and prototypes to prospective clients.
• Performing other related tasks as assigned by the team lead/manager.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Basic understanding of IT architecture and technology principles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
