• Operational Management:
  Oversee operational activities including handling team member and customer grievances/complaints, financial reporting, legal compliance, and safety matters.
• Vendor Coordination:
  Collaborate with external vendors for routine and ad-hoc limousine/shuttle activations, leveraging historical trends, special events, and public holiday requirements.
• Strategic Planning and Execution:

  Assist in budgeting and forecasting payroll-related costs. Prepare employee status change forms for salary adjustments, transfers, etc., and review attendance, leave, medical claims, and other expenses.
• Process Improvement:
  Regularly review and improve workflows, regulatory compliance, and work practices for better efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• Policy Compliance:
  Ensure payroll policies and processes are consistently administered in line with company policies and statutory regulations through audits, reports, and monitoring.
• Performance and Compensation Support:
  Provide assistance during annual performance and salary review exercises.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate tender team (QS) and plan sales strategies to meet company’s sales target and KPI
• Ensure tender submission within tight dateline
• Manage project budget
• Design and prepare business proposals and solutions
• Improve cost competitiveness during tender for higher profit margins
• Plan and execute with tender team to achieve KPI
• Attend site visit and tender meetings and prepare response to clarifications

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in M&E / ACMV sectors
• Knowledge and experience in tender department (ACMV / M&E)
• Diploma in mechanical or Electric engineering / business management or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Excels, Words, Power Point, AutoCad
• Min 3 years of M&E / ACMV
• Candidates with experience in construction tender processes preferred
• Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a senior role

Responsibilities:

• Review and offer recommendations on client agreements or documents to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Identify and assess cross-business opportunities for business development while overseeing tax engagements.
• Evaluate clients' portfolios, offering recommendations and solutions to align with target revenue goals.
• Collaborate with staff, peers, and partners to deliver comprehensive tax advisory services to multinational clients across various industries in Singapore and globally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline, preferably with an SCTP-recognized professional qualification.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, ideally within a professional services or accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Tax guidelines.

• Plan, coordinate, execute and manages the general cleaning, dishwashing and plate collecting process, monitoring cleaning logistics and supervising other plate collectors/dishwashers

• Review work orders and ensure work assignments are done
• Conduct regular On-Job-Training to ensure employees are clear of operations protocol.
• Review and Make Suggestions to enhance service excellence and other operations matters

• Ableto train staff to operate machinery with a good knowlege of cleaning chemicals.
• Must be able to work long hours, on weekends, public holidays and able to work night shift when required.

• Drive implementation of Portfolio Management initiatives across Henkel Adhesive Technologies
• Take ownership for end-to-end responsibilities to identify business problems, analyze root causes and interdependencies, develop solutions and implement them

YOUR SKILLS

• Supervise and provide guidance to M&E Project Engineers & Inspector of Works.
• Manage sub-con/in progress production planning & build
• Assess M&E contractors progress and variation order claims
• Review M&E feasibility studies and cost plan from design stage to tender stage.
• Review consultants’ design for compliance of company design requirements on various type of buildings.
• Value engineering on design proposals to optimise the cost and to ensure best practices are applied in the projects.
• Keeping track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact, report information to Project Manager
• Work with QAQC Engineer to ensure quality performance of project to meet client requirement
• Monitoring M&E services variation works and costs during construction stage to ensure within budget.
• Attend client consultant meeting & involve in pre-tender estimation and tender process for award of Contractors.
• Attend meeting with authorities & site coordination between Consultants and Contractors.
