Team Summary

The Solutions team in Visa Cross Border Solution is responsible for Discovery & Implementation of New customers whilst helping existing clients on upsell/upgrade projects. This means working closely with Business teams to fully understand client requirements, then craft and validate the proposed solutions prior to signing. We are looking for a Mobility Manager who will be responsible for, coordinating, and administrating all activities within the end-to-end mobility lifecycle. Requirements:

• Leadership experiences in managing a team of engineers include their performance reviews and staff developments.
• Proven experience in network and server management, including Azure cloud, Windows Server 2016, and Microsoft 365.
• Proficient in remote desktop/user support, firewall setup management, and CCTV.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint design is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

1. Tender Management:

- Coordinate and manage the entire tender process from initial identification of opportunities through to contract award.

- Ensure all tender submissions meet the client's specifications, company standards, and legal requirements.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain comprehensive records of all tender submissions, contracts, and related documentation.

- Prepare regular reports on tendering activities, contract performance, and compliance for senior management.

6. Continuous Improvement:

- Evaluate and improve tendering processes and strategies to enhance competitiveness and efficiency.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to contract management and tendering.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Law or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, tendering, or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of contract law and regulations.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.

Preferred Skills

- Professional certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM) or equivalent.

- Experience in the industry relevant to the company's operations (e.g., cleaning and/or landscape)

- Familiarity with project management principles and tools.

1. Has 5 years’ experience with a multi-modal (air & ocean) international logistics company in an operations or client management role is preferred.
2. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft® Office Software required
3. Knowledge of DB Schenker TMS (TANGO) is preferred
