· Handle general enquiries and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

· Facilitate course workshops or lectures, whether in-person or virtual

· Support examinations and courses during office and non-office hours by performing tasks such as invigilation and ushering

Requirements:

· Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in any field

· Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role would be advantageous

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams is preferred

· Working on weekends are expected (when required), off-in-lieu will be given
