We are seeking a Digital Services Project Manager to lead the development and support of digital services within our organization. This role involves managing the transition from existing systems to new platforms, ensuring seamless operations and compliance of systems post-deployment. The successful candidate will collaborate with end-users, industry partners, and various vendors to enhance system performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and support of digital services, focusing on functionalities such as mobilisation and performance tracking.
• Ensure smooth operation of systems, monitoring system health and compliance.
• Manage production support activities, including incident management, system patching, and updates to address vulnerabilities.
• Act as a liaison between users and vendors to facilitate effective communication and project execution.

Qualifications:

• Experience in IT project management, particularly within a digital services environment.

• Supporting project communication systems Installation, Configuration, Integration and Testing at customer site to ensure timely project delivery.
• Working closely with subcontractors to ensure tasks on site are completed on schedule.
• Understanding the system and be able to perform system fault isolation and troubleshooting.
• Collaborating with fellow engineers / engineering team in system setup, system validation and problem resolution.
• Supporting the generation of project documentation

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for Progress Claims, Variation Orders, Final Accounts, Settlement and Sub-contractor Progress Claims.

· Measuring and taking off quantities, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers

· Provide estimates and evaluate costing to achieve competitive costing for tender submission

· Estimate, develop & manage construction schedule, method of statement, temporary plan

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/ Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Surveying or Facilities/ Building-related.
• MUST have at least 2 years of work experience as Quantity Surveyor in Singapore.
• Competent in software skills MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Should be meticulous, independent, highly motivated, results-oriented, good team player and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Able to work for at least 6-8 months.

• Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of all production systems and services managed by Service Operations.
• Provide high-standard incident and problem management support, coordinating resolution efforts with the appropriate resolver teams.
• Minimize system downtime by ensuring prompt escalations to specialized internal and external resolver groups, adhering to customer contracts, SLAs, and monitoring requirements.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the next level for further investigation and resolution.

• Continuously document lessons learned, known errors, and operational knowledge to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in working with or providing support for application products (e.g., User Portals, Application components).
• Proficiency in operating systems such as RHEL 7/8, RHEL HA, and Windows.
• Experience with Java debugging and scripting languages like PERL, BASH, and Python.
• Solid knowledge of SQL databases with the ability to troubleshoot related issues.
• Familiarity with various data types, including APIs, APP, PNR, and DCS, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of XML data structures.
• Experience in the travel domain is preferred.

• Maintain the central risk register for Asia

• Support and assist risk owners to develop risk mitigation/remediation strategies for High, Medium and Low risk items

• Maintain oversight of risks mitigation / remediation plans of High, Medium and Low risk items
