Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients involved in real estate transactions, including developers, investors, and property management firms.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and solutions to meet their real estate financing and investment needs.
• Originate, structure, and negotiate real estate financing transactions, including loans, credit facilities, and other financial products.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including credit risk, legal, and compliance, to ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions.

Requirements:
