Responsibilities:

. Process payment to suppliers and staffs’ reimbursement

. Posting of invoices to accounting system with proper supporting

documents

. Prepare monthly AP journals and postings

. Prepare monthly AP schedules

. Prepare bank reconciliation

. Update payment transactions in cash book and reconcile to AP

posting

. Monitor and update hedging transactions (sungard control sheet)

. Issue invoices for intercompany re-charge

. Liaise with inter-department to ensure that invoices are properly

authorized and collated for posting and payment

. Assist in audit, tax, HQ reporting and other statutory requirements . Ensure accuracy and timely closing of monthly AP module

. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

. LCCI / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional

qualification

. Minimum 4 years of accounting experience in handling account

payable

. Proficient in Microsoft Excel

. Positive working attitude and meticulous with accuracy and

efficiency

. Strong sense of ownership and accountability

. Willing to work in Tuas

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for full spectrum of order processing from Order to Cash (OTC)
• Work closely with the Order Centre in the US, Europe, China and other locations to ensure orders are processed promptly and accurately
• Interface with customers and freight forwarders for shipment booking promptly and accurately
• Handle and resolve customer complaints & follow up to ensure resolution in a timely manner
• Monitor orders closely, ensure on time delivery and provide full set of required documents to customers promptly
• Review shipping documents and ensure documents are in full compliance
• Follow up with customers and distributors on overdue invoices
• Assist and support in the migration of current order processing system to Order/ERP systems
• Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
• Follow company procedures and policies

REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma in business administration or logistics management
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in order management
• Great customer facing and team player
• Good knowledge of incoterm, payment term, import/export document requirements, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit and Documentary Collections preferred

• Managing the onsite delivering of software services, pre-sales, post-sales or service delivery support, installation and configuration for customer environments.
• The jobs solve various business systems, networking and applications problems for standard industry servers, specialized or complex clustered environments.
• Deliver reactive and proactive activities according to Service Level Agreement to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Officer, Client Due Diligence (6 months contract)

Responsibilities:

1. Reviews new client account opening, including documents, due diligence / KYC information, AML risk profile, call report
2. Perform blocking and unblocking of accounts
3. Perform Avaloq testing
4. Perform due diligence checks (including tax due diligence) against World-check and Factiva and public searches for account opening.
5. Undertakes projects and reporting

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications, ideally in business, accounting or law.
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in a financial institution or securities firm, covering private banking or AML/KYC is a plus
• Good communication and writing skills in English
