Responsibilities:

The headcount will work under the supervision of the Finance team and will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including but not limited to:

• Receipt and Reconciliation:
• Reconciling of payment detail and posting into system (Including clearing of positive and negative entry)

• Providing administrative support as needed, such as updating accounting files, organizing documents, and other general office duties.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese communication skills to liaise with the Chinese-speaking associates and Customer/stakeholders in the China HQ office.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting certification would be an additional advantage.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
