You will be responsible for the procurement of spares/parts, supplies and services for the maintenance and operation of the power plant and its facilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with plant engineers and personnel from the maintenance / operations / facilities teams on the requirements of the materials / services based on stipulated technical specifications and scope of work descriptions.
• Perform sourcing activities from both local and overseas vendors.
• Prepare and send out RFQs to the relevant suppliers/vendors and monitor their submissions.

• Perform sheet metal structure repair work and alteration of damage aircraft in accordance with work specifications of structure repair manual (SRM), component maintenance manual (CMM), or any engineering authorizations and manufacturer specifications to return aircraft serviceable and airworthy condition.
• Replace or make repairs to skins and structural component of aircraft as required using approved manuals, drawings and tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and testing of avionics systems.
• Carry out electrical component changes.
• Assist engineers in trouble-shooting and rectification
• Assist in installing and testing of avionics communications equipment.
• Ensure that newly installed systems and those that have been repaired meet requirements mandated by the Federal Aviation Administration and specifications set by aircraft manufacturers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Removing and cleaning carpets, wiping windows, changing curtains, removing waste from seats, cleaning lights, changing a& moving passenger seats, cleaning electrical equipment, maintaining and repairing airplane cabins, performing laboratory cleaning and replenishing activities, performing floor vacuuming, cleaning seat pockets, luggage storage area, etc.
• Changing lighting systems and repairing entertainment systems, seat electrical system, etc.
• Perform the task of removing and cleaning curtains, discarding waste from the seats and adjusting bulkheads.
• Maintenance and repairing of seats, sidewall liners, overhead compartment and lavatory condition.
• Install cabin interior components into commercial aircraft including seat tracks, overhead bins, galleys, side panels, etc.
• Maintain the quality of the aircraft interiors on the operated fleet.
• Maintain the interior and exterior cleaning standards on the operate fleet.

Job Responsibilities:

• Using precision engineering machines (for example CNC) to make aircraft metal tools and parts.
• Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
• Loading raw materials into the machine.
• Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software.
• Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.
• Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications.

Role Summary/Purpose

The Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with onsite operations to ensure the safe execution of tasks and compliance with applicable HSE procedures and regulatory requirements.

The individual will work directly with the Site Operations Leader and the IVG HSE Director or designee to align with the business HSE priorities and strategies.

Essential Responsibilities

The HSE Specialist will provide technical advice to efficiently manage all Health, Safety & Environmental programs and compliance requirements. Key duties include:

1. Collaborating with the local Operations Leader to implement HSE procedures.
2. Engaging with employees and contractors to ensure adherence to safety practices.
3. Assisting the Operations Leader in promoting a strong HSE culture and enabling business growth through risk management and control processes.
4. Identifying and reporting any regulatory compliance issues.
5. Facilitating risk assessments and management.
6. Promoting a culture of safety observations and near-miss reporting.
7. Participating in incident investigations, site audits/inspections, and collaborating with operations teams to close corrective actions.
8. Completing all required metrics, such as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), using company systems (e.g., Intelex).

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in occupational safety and health and environmental management.
• A minimum of 5 years of HSE experience.
• HSE professional certifications, such as NEBOSH or equivalent (HSE Certification for Oil and Gas Industries).
• Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies.
• Knowledge of lifting and rigging safe practices.
