About the role:

Carry out activities within the assigned area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards.Tasks Include:

- Design, execute, or review piping and layout studies, including:3D modeling.
- Review of 3D models with other disciplines and issuing clash check reports.
- Preparation of construction or design drawings (2D or extracted from 3D) for piping networks, including overall plot plans, equipment layouts, piping general arrangements, piping isometrics, and piping supports.
- Development of bills of materials or material take-offs (MTOs).
- Extraction of bills of materials and related information from 3D CAD models.
- Organize the team’s workflow and oversee resource mobilization planning.
- Coordinate the team’s work with piping and layout engineers involved in the project.
- Verify input data and review all documents and outputs generated by the team.
- Continuously monitor project assumptions underlying team activities and notify the Piping and Layout Lead of any anomalies.
- Supervise document updates following feedback from inter-discipline checks or external reviews (e.g., client, yards, third parties).
- Contribute to department improvements by sharing lessons learned during the project.
E - Construction and Start-Up

-Oversee material management on-site.
-Provide engineering support during the construction phase.

▪ Extract 2D drawings from the 3D model (cable routings and sections, grounding layouts, lighting layouts, etc.)

▪ Extract material quantities from the 3D model

▪ Implement electrical system installation details in 3D plant model (cable routings, supports, equipment)

▪ Participate to 3D modelling plant review

▪ Implement electrical load list and cables schedule in software tools

▪ Implement electrical materials take off (MTOs) in software tools

The Strategic Buyer will play a crucial role in the company's success that meet our business needs.

You will be responsible for acting as a Procurement Business Partner to proactively understand up to date business needs and requirements.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as a Procurement Business Partner to the R&D function to proactively understand up to date business needs and requirements
• Responsible for negotiations and selecting for best possible cost service guarantee and develop “win-win” strategies that achieve sustainable relationships with vendors on a long-term basis.
• Implement vendor agreements/contracts when beneficial by working with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to reach agreement on contract terms and conditions
• Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and performance to meet organization expectations and objectives
• Ensure compliance to organization guidelines and purchasing policies during the selection of vendors and suppliers.
• Request and negotiate on Quotations with vendors for the best total cost (price, lead-time, delivery, service) based on the overall organization interest.
• Quality assurance of the purchased product to meet the standards from the organization requirement

Your Profile

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Supply chain or similar, alternatively an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in manufacturing environment with good knowledge of purchasing process
• Must have knowledge in SAP MM Modules
• Strong in negotiation skills with vendors and able to write contracts with vendors
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong intercultural experience and excellent interpersonal skills
• Willing to be hands-on in assigned tasks

Job scope:

• To perform routine preventive work and site corrective maintenance
• Responsible for integration of both hardware & software work as well as implementation
• Handle application programme change management, hardware deployment management & documentation
• Meeting with clients, reports and documentation
• Capable of performing troubleshooting independently
• Assist in control panel wiring

Requirements:

• NITEC in Electrical/Electronic or related discipline
• Entry level are welcome to apply, training provided
• Able to perform standby duties (standby allowance will be provided if on standby duty) – standby only start maybe 6 months later because need training
• Site maintenance and travelling is required
• Class 3 driving license preferred
