· Drive and Manage analysis & design, solution validation, workshops under assigned domain to ensure consistent and complete requirement and solution coverage.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Cloud Infrastructure and AI technologies to manage and drive critical projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the cloud infrastructure deployment lifecycle (SDLC), a keen ability to drive technical meetings, and create effective presentations. Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Infrastructure Project Management:Oversee and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for cloud infrastructure deployment and integration.
  Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment with cloud deployment best practices, guidelines, and strategies.
  Provide leadership for the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically in Cloud Infrastructure and AI environments.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure Deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and the associated SDLC process.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and how they intersect with cloud services.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering technical projects on time and within scope.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in complex technical environments.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Levy and Incentives Management Division (LIMD)

LIMD is part of SSG’s Incentives Management and Enforcement Group (RFEG) which contributes to pan-organisational efforts of building an effective, responsive, and inclusive CET eco-system through effective grant management, Skills Development Levy (SDL) Collection, and enforcement against external fraud and abuse.

LIMD drives effective SDL collection and grant management to contribute towards the development of a responsive and high-quality CET ecosystem.

Under the SDL Act, all employers are required to pay a monthly SDL for all their employees rendering services in Singapore. All SDL collected are channelled to the Skills Development Fund (SDF) to support workforce upgrading programmes and training grants to employers to defray their costs when they train their employees under the national CET eco-system.

What you will be working on

(A) Employer engagement
• Respond to employers’ enquiries
• Engage employers with outstanding Skills Development Levy for payment
• Track engagement statuses for management reporting

(B) Verification of employer information
• Engage employers to request for information
• Review information submitted by employers relating to their Skills Development Levy payables and record relevant observations
• Engage employers for clarifications on submitted information where necessary
• Make recommendations after completing review of the information for management decision
• Support the team in performing compliance audits

(C) Appeals management
• Review appeals submitted by employers and make recommendations in accordance with prevailing guidelines for management decision

The Engineering Manager (Project Management) collaborates closely with the Director of Engineering to oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects.

This role is also responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the hotel property, including all equipment, maintenance and repair services, and the protection of the owner's assets. Responsibilities also encompass the structural integrity of the hotel, as well as the upkeep of the grounds and external facilities.

Your day-to-day

• Together with Director of Engineering, to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to coordinate project activities.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all hotel equipment, systems, and infrastructure to ensure seamless operation.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs for rooms, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other critical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local codes, and environmental standards.
• Support in energy conservation programs (such as GSTC, Green Engage) and sustainability initiatives
• Supervise and develop the engineering team, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Support in the preparation of the Engineering Department’s annual budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals.

What we need from you

• At least a Diploma either in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field with three years' experience in related work.
• Proven experience in project management in similar industry, with at least two years of experience in supervisory role.
• PUB Certified Water Efficiency Manager is preferred.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Familiarity with energy efficiency programs and sustainability initiatives.
• Oral and written fluency in English.
